The conditions for using Frontmark and personal headshot sessions.
Availability and agreement
You may browse this website subject to these terms. Browsing or choosing a package does not create a paid order. The seller is Clove Media LLC, 4755 Midlane Dr, Hilliard, Ohio 43026, United States. Customer support: Business@clove-consulting.com.
Eligibility
The service is for adults aged 18 or older ordering for themselves. Provide accurate information and only submit photos you have permission to use.
The personal session
The Personal offer is 30 AI headshots for one person for $29 USD, with high-resolution watermark-free JPEG downloads, square profile crops and one optional style redo. One-time means a single payment, not that a downloaded image may only be used once. Other packages include Professional (50 headshots for $39) and Signature (70 headshots for $59), with selectable styles. Corporate sessions and physical goods are not included.
Prices and payment
There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Any applicable taxes and the final amount will be disclosed before payment. A future price change will not change an already accepted order.Payment details are entered through the payment service at checkout.
Order acceptance and delivery
An order is accepted only when the configured payment flow confirms it and an order confirmation is issued. The delivery estimate shown before payment applies after usable photos are received. See Delivery for details.
Your photographs
You keep any rights you hold in your uploaded photographs. To fulfill an order, the service will need a limited permission to process those photos and supply them to the identified image provider. The exact provider terms and required consent will be presented before you submit photos. Uploading a photo will not by itself give permission to feature it in marketing.
Generated images and permitted use
The intended use is professional profiles, personal websites and similar lawful purposes. AI images may contain inaccuracies or resemble other outputs. Review images before publishing them. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility or acceptance by any employer, agency or platform. Provider-specific output rights will be disclosed before purchase. Do not use generated portraits as identity documents or to impersonate another person.
Acceptable use
Do not upload other people without permission, minors, unlawful material or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the site or misrepresent an AI portrait as identity verification.
Refunds and redos
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your session. If you dislike the delivered images, you may request 100% of the amount paid back within 30 days of delivery. A redo is optional and is not a prerequisite. See the Refund Policy.
Service limitations
A professional portrait does not guarantee job offers, leads, sales or any business outcome. Service interruptions and errors may occur. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Disputes and updates
Contact Business@clove-consulting.com first with order concerns. Clove Media LLC is based in Ohio, United States. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Updated terms will not retrospectively reduce an accepted order’s promised refund rights.
