Getting started
After a confirmed purchase, your session provides secure access to photo upload. Use a few recent, clear photos of yourself against a plain background. Avoid filters, sunglasses and group photos. Final file formats, size limits and required photo count will be shown in the upload form.
Creating your gallery
Choose your preferred style. Your session includes the number of headshots listed in your chosen package, with access through My studio.
Turnaround
Review the delivery estimate at checkout before paying. If a new photo is needed, processing starts after that usable replacement arrives.
What you receive
High-resolution JPEG headshots, square profile crops and one optional style redo. Delivery is a digital gallery/download link sent to your order email. No physical products or shipping fees are involved.
Access and downloads
Download your files when they are delivered. A gallery expiry and retention period will be disclosed before purchase. Permanent online hosting is not promised.
Problems with an order
For a missing link, inaccessible download or redo request, contact support with your order number. The Refund Policy explains your satisfaction guarantee.
