Photographs and facial information
Selecting a photo displays it locally in your browser. Selection alone does not send a photo to Frontmark or an AI provider. Local selections are cleared when you refresh or close the page. Before server uploads are enabled, we will explain which photographs and any derived facial representations are processed, by which providers, for what purpose, for how long, and how deletion works. Any required consent will be requested before processing. We will not represent unverified provider training or retention practices as guarantees.
Disclosure
Frontmark does not sell your photographs. Technical data may be handled by the hosting provider to operate and protect the site. Relevant records may also need to be disclosed when legally required or to address security incidents.
Retention and security
This implementation has no customer image or order database. Hosting log and sign-in retention follows the hosting platform’s arrangements. We have not independently verified a fixed deletion interval for those records. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

The headshot service is for adults aged 18 and older. Do not submit a minor’s photographs.
